Refund Policy

Refund Schedule

Refunds are calculated based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled tour start time:

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider:

  • Credit/debit cards via Paymentwall: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days


Weather-Related Cancellations

Important: If we cancel a tour due to severe weather (heavy rain, typhoon, extreme heat warnings, or other unsafe conditions), we will first offer an alternative date. If no alternative works for you, we will issue a full refund (100%) regardless of timing.


Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a tour for any reason on our side (operational issues, insufficient group size, guide unavailability), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.


Partial Participation

If you leave a tour early by your own choice, no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
