How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking by:

• Emailing us at koreanhugyou@gmail.com with your booking reference

• Messaging us through the platform where you booked (Airbnb, GetYourGuide, etc.)

Cancellation is confirmed once you receive our email acknowledgment. The cancellation time is determined by when we receive your request, not when the refund is processed.

 

Cancellation by Korean Hug You

We may cancel a tour in the following circumstances:

• Severe weather: Heavy rain, typhoon, extreme temperature warnings, or other conditions that make outdoor activity unsafe. We will notify you as early as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund.

• Safety concerns: Trail closures, natural disasters, or public safety advisories.

• Minimum group size not met: We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance and offer a reschedule or full refund.

 

Modifications

Want to change your tour date instead of canceling? Contact us at least 48 hours before your original tour date, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date at no extra charge, subject to availability.
