Korean Hug You is a tour brand operated by Social Tour, a government-registered General Travel Agency (Registration No. 2025-000002) based in Busan, South Korea. We specialize in hiking and cultural experience tours for international visitors.

2. Booking & Payment

By booking a tour through our website (koreanhugyou.com) or any third-party platform, you agree to these terms. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We accept payments through Paymentwall (credit/debit cards, Samsung Pay, and other methods) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
 

3. Tour Participation

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition appropriate for the booked activity. Our hiking tours involve outdoor physical activity on mountain trails. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness level before booking.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or modify the tour itinerary for safety reasons, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, trail closures, or health concerns.

4. Liability

Social Tour carries liability insurance for tour operations. However, participants join tours at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages caused by the participant's own negligence, pre-existing health conditions, or force majeure events.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain personal travel insurance covering outdoor activities before joining our tours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on koreanhugyou.com — including text, images, logos, and videos — is the property of Social Tour and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out by notifying us.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Busan District Court.
